Ryan has become (dare I say) obsessed with "surfing the net" lately. He LOVES to search for pictures of Lightening McQueen (and his other car friends). Not sure how I feel about my two year old being able to find his way around on the internet! It is pretty cute to watch him though.
Other stuff: I know this sounds crazy, but I've taken on two more kids, 3-5 days a week. So some days I have 5 kiddos in this tiny apartment! Makes the day quite busy and the only way I continue to function is by staying very organized. I'm also doing 2-3 Piggies and Paws galleries a week. I'm glad things have finally picked up.
I made it into round 3 of the design challenge at Scrap Orchard, but things have been so busy this week and we also got the flu (from the kids I babysit) so I missed the deadline and didn't get my submission sent in time. Bummer because I'm automatically out now, but it's validating that I made it as far as I did (from 80 to 15). I think I'm going to have to scale back on designing for a while and just focus on my family, babysitting, Piggies and Paws, and my church callings. I guess I shouldn't say "just," that is a lot!

oh, that IS a bummer that you missed the deadline! But SO COOL that you made it to round 3!! Congrats on that. I'm sure when you find time again (let me know if you do... I'd like some as well!!) you'll be able to design and get on somewhere. Good luck with all you've got going.
I agree with Shaela... so cool that you made it to round 3! You Odd girls are SO darn creative... pass some over here please! :) You def. have your hands full. I'm always amazed at how much mom's can juggle though! :)
The video of Ryan "surfing" is priceless. It's tough to keep 'em down on the farm once they've seen the city lights. He'll want to be surfing all the time now!! Congrats on the scraping accomplishments.

It's only just the beginning! Your fear is something I fear with 3 computer addicted kids. I'm fairly computer savvy, but JJ is now teaching me things! Since we can't keep them from the internet, we just teach our kids how to navigate it safely and warn them of dangers. Scary, yet necessary! Just wait until Ryan discovers Webkinz! I think you guys might like starfall.com and funbrain.com
