Digital Scrapbooking Blog

I check a lot of scrapbooking blogs, but I've recently found a cute (digital) blog that has a bunch of cute and free kits. Here's a page I did from our 6th anniversary using her Moments kit and a template I adapted from the Sweet Shoppe. (I'm sort of addicted to templates lately).

Title says: "We may not have it all together, but together we have it all." Journaling says: 6 years, 5 cities, 4 years of college, 3 years of technical writing, 2 mortgages, and 1 1/2 kids. Then I also wrote that we went to dinner at Red Lobster and then went to see the musical "Cats."

Speaking of anniversaries, our 7th is coming up on April 28th, and it's my year to plan something. This year we're on a pretty tight budget, so I was wondering if anyone had any fabulous ideas for me! We're most likely going to be going to Vegas on the 29th, so I'm thinking we may just go to a favorite restaurant or something. (I know, not very original.) But I'd love a cute gift idea or something. My creativity juices are running low right now.

The Vegas trip is a whole new story that I will post about later. . . .

I love the new page- it's so cute! I can't believe that it's your 7 year anniversary! Crazy. We actually just got back from Vegas last night. We went there to visit some friends. How long are you guys going to be down there?

Love your page! You are so creative! We haven't done anything for either of our anniversaries. We are pretty boring. We were sick the first year and forgot about it. And for the second we were visiting family, so it just kinda fell through the cracks. Fun :)

Pam, you TOTALLY need to be submitting your digital pages to magazines and such - I'm sure you'd get picked up somewhere!! as always, I love this page too.

A few years ago, actually for our seventh anniversary, I made a mini scrapbook that we filled out on our anniversary. We each filled out the same "form" on each page. It's fun to look back already and see how different life was then. There were favorites, statistic information about us, reasons we love each other, favorite memories, a letter to each other, etc. in the little book. If you're interested in seeing it, just email me, and I'll take some pictures and send them to you. It's not digital scrapbooking, but maybe you could make it work or pull out some actual paper and adhesive! ;)
